The Closing of Bookmark.com

As of June 30, 2023, Bookmark.com’s website services platform will be closed. Due to unforeseen circumstances we have made the decision to close operations. Importantly, you will have full access to your website and we will maintain hosting so your website will be live and published online until June 30, 2023. After this date, your website will be unpublished and no longer live online. Between now and then, you will need to find a new hosting option should you wish to maintain your online presence.
All users - Basic Plan users, Professional Plan users, Business Plan users, Bookmark Agents, White Label Agents, and all Agent Clients.
Why it Matters
While we will continue hosting and maintain full access during this time, it is imperative that you decide which websites need to remain published online after June 30, 2023. With several months of notice, it is our hope that you have ample time to review your options and to migrate and re-build your websites and online stores on a new web services platform.
In preparation for the closure, we will be removing the ability to sign up to our platform for a free trial or to upgrade to a paid plan. We will also be removing the ability to create a new website.
Your last billing date will be in May 2023. You can cancel your subscription at any time between now and then, or you can remain subscribed to our platform until we close.

Your domain and business email will remain active and you will be able to point them to your new website. We will be emailing and posting more detailed instructions shortly.
Your online stores data will remain intact, safe and will be kept operational. Store owners will be provided with detailed instructions in the coming weeks on how to migrate to another platform.
